Auditions for new members and returning members who were not enrolled in Fall 2011 were held at COC Pico Canyon Hall on January 14, 2012.
For late sign-ups for Prelude Strings, Intermediate Orchestra, and Symphony of the Canyons, please contact Sue at sue@suestanger.com to schedule a time to sign-up and pay SCVYO fee. Please note that these classes are no longer courses at COC, but are solely sponsored by the SCVYO. It will, therefore, not be necessary to also register at COC for these two ensembles.
Symphony of the Canyons remains a credit course for COC and those already in the Symphony and those new members who successfully complete their audition need to sign-up with the SCVYO and register at COC Admissions. Those wishing to audition for Symphony of the Canyons should contact Sue and attend the first class meeting on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 6:00 pm. Dr. Sherman will conduct auditions then. Please note that there are no more seats available for flutes for this semester.
